A standard enrolment statement can be used to prove current enrolment and to demonstrate that The University of Queensland is accredited as a university.
This document lists details including:
- your name, date of birth and student number
- your program name
- your attendance (full-time or part-time)
- study dates of your current and/or future enrolment.
Other types of enrolment statements include confirmation of address, jury duty, Sponsored Students and UQ accreditation.

Another option (not available for HDR students) is to print an enrolment status report from mySI-net. The PDF version of this document lists:
- your name, date of birth and student number
- full details of your program and course enrolment.
To view the report:
- Log in to mySI-net (student login required).
- Select the 'Enrolments' tile.
- Select 'Enrolment Status Report' from the side menu.
